Lactation Support Tea

Lactation Support Tea

$18.00Price

A tea created for the nursing parent.

This blend includes a mix of plants known for being galactagogues (herbs that support healthy milk supply), nervines (herbs that encourage a sense of calm) and highly nutritive (vitamin + mineral dense).  The combination of these properties make it a comforting, supportive addition to postpartum care for those hoping to build healthy milk production and encourage healthy lactation.

Important note: Herbs can be a lovely, effective piece of your wellness pie.  This blend may be used in conjunction with (not in in lieu of) other considerations such as consulting with a lactation consultant, skin to skin with your baby, supply + demand, proper hydration + nutrition, etc.
