Postpartum Bath Blend
Enjoy a bath or sitz up to twice daily for the first days- week postpartum to nourish + support recovery. Baby can join in the herbal bath, which promotes drying + healing of the umbilical cord.

Care: The kraft bag your tea comes packaged in is fully compostable! (Remove and dispose of stickers separately.) Once the package is opened transfer the blend to a mason jar or other resealable container to maintain freshness and nutritive quality of the herbs.
RECOMMENDED USE
For Postpartum Bath: Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Turn of heat + add about 1 handful of blend. Cover + steep for 30 minutes. Strain the liquid well. Compost herb material. Add liquid to the bathtub with 1/2 cup of sea salt (optional).
For Sitz Bath: Same as above, half quantity. Allow to cool as not to burn. Pour into sitz basin to immerse yoni + bottom.
For Yoni Compress: 1)Soak a washcloth in the herbal infusion + apply to yoni, warm or cold 2)Soak a pad, ring out well, + place in the freezer. Place in undies to soothe yoni.
